    Default Freeroll training grounds

I probably like many people just got into poker by watching an friend won 11500.00 on an cash game in 15 minutes and was amazed how this was. Little did i know that my cousin would actually spend 10times mroe than that in the next few months. I started my deposit of 100.00 dollars and won a few small games but in the end i was paying into pokersites constantly sometimes up to 1000 an week. And playing at local casinos yeilded some entertainment at most but nothing in profit.

My trip to Bolivia, and my unability to transfer money has lead me to discover a whole new world of freeroll tournements and realized that i was not very good kept placing in 50 percent level for an month of two. then i started studying and reading and played serious games of freeroll and won my first pokerstars hubble tournemant then i was winning constantly and full tilt and dolyles room, i was winning cash weekly not an alot but each pokersite i was winning constantly and now i have placed averagebetween50th and 90th in tournements with $1 or freeroll, not big payouts but playing freeroll has made me learn about what people do in many situations, bluff, donkey moves, knowing when to walk away, knowing your position and betting patterns , better to win and win small than go for the odds, folding loses, never all in unless your absolutely certain you have the winning hand. love freerolls. my casino game has improved so i win 80% of the time i am at casino now, its easy to catch players in bluffs still alot to learn but i am having fun

Nice introduction, and welcome to the forums, but this is probably better suited for the "Blogs and Operations" forum. Also be sure to check out the Introductions sticky here in the Beginner's Circle if you haven't done so already.

    Happy Grinding.
