After reviewing some session histories I've come to realize that (more often than not) my daytime sessions(12pm-5pm est) are my losing sessions while my nighttime sessions(12am-3am est) are (more often than not) profitable.

I have been erasing the progress I've been making to the next stake level when I play during the day.

Does anyone else find they play better at different times of the day?

my thought is more donks play in the evening, after work ect.

Donks play all of the time, they are just from different countries and time zones. Perhaps it is something to do with how you are feeling when you play - more/less tired, well fed, rested, alert, etc.

Granted if you play on a mostly US site at 2am you will be playing against people who are tired, drunk, etc.
