if flop was 773 or k77 or a rainbow board sure, flatting is perfectly fine. but on that wet of a board I would tend to raise here, also we need to think of the fact that villain is 26/23 which means what range is he really flatting pre OOP? probably small pairs like 88-22 and suited aces. that alone would make me raise slightly more as I expect him to have pretty much sets and FDs. you have the blockers for TP aswell so that just confirms my previous statement. raise flop, eval turn. as played I would be like FML, why didn't I raise flop? now look at me, going in the tank with this guessing shiet.
