Sb is fish. BB Is decentish no hud

Since this basically your abc cbet I pretty much bet because of this, but in retro I have a lot of equity could this be a spot to check back the flop and give thses guys a chance to catch up. with a well disguised hand like this Good it almost seems like missed value where this type of hand does so well multi way????

Sorry.... missed value? You have 7-high and you got two players to fold. This is the best case scenario imo, and I'll take this all day.

    Definitely cbet, so that's good.

edit: If the flop was 346, or 468 then maybe we can talk about ppl "catching up". But there is no such thing as catching up to 7high imo

Yeah, it's not a hand to catch up with. You are behind most hands, but can get hands with more equity than you to fold which is great and you have plenty of turn cards that you like and will likely get checked to on the turn so you can realise all your equity. If SB folds and BB calls you also know that he is fairly capped due to flatting pre and flatting the flop so you can also apply more pressure on later streets and likely get folds on a lot of cards. Cards like 9-Q and clubs it might be best to slow down a bit though.

+1. You probably (almost definitely) got two better hands to fold w/ 7 high.

If you check and the turn bricks or is a card that is no good for your range, you hate yourself for not betting the flop.
