3/4 pot on flop, and I think you accidentally left out the rest of the hand?

Fold pre. Even though he's a fish he probably has a fairly tight UTG range (look at his pfr) and SB seems to be very 3bet happy.

Bet bigger on the flop, I'd basically just pot it, that board hits peoples ranges and is so wet and UTG is a fish. Raise turn to like $3.50, shove most rivers.
