How does the turn look here? Was it a fold when he bets .70 into 1.11? I thought I had the implied odds to call turn and then the river fold is obviously standard.

edit: Looking at this again, let's say I actually hit the nut flush draw on the same card that paired the board on the river. How would I handle it then? Would I read his line as screaming full house? Just thought we'd kill two birds with one stone here and cover that scenario since it easily could have come up and often does on NFD's.
