Not sure whether I should be pot controlling OTT or checking OTT or what? As played, thinking I should throw out a small 30c bet OTR or just check and call a smallish bet as I think my hand still has SDV.

If you are going to bet, then you should jam it in there. Betting seems too thin to me 3-handed though, without reads that these guys are droolers.
