Calling pre v someone who 3bs so much and has a pretty tight range here seems like spew especially in a game raked so heavily. I would probably 3b some of the time and fold the rest. As played with his high cbet I doubt he's ever c/ring flop with a strong hand and if he is c/ring flop with strong hands I'd start raising all of his cbets in spots similar to this. If my read was very strong I would probably fire every street after raising v his fairly weak cbet range.
Also like if you are ccing this pre I don't understand why we are hesitating to bet flop. I mean he probably has 6outs he's just going to fold nearly 100% of the time and the times he has us beat there's a tonne of terrible turn/river cards for him assuming he doesn't get all fancy and check flop with real hands but we have a strategy for beating someone like this already.
