Sorry to hear you had a stressful session.
Try to keep your blood pumping when you feel yourself start to become stressed. It helps me to sit out an orbit and do some jumping jacks or anything to increase my heartrate for a minute.

It serves 2 purposes.
1) it puts a hard break in my brain to focus on something not-poker for even an instant. Just changing the subject and coming back to it helps me keep my mood in persepective.
2) The brain runs on Oxygen (and other nutrients, but mostly O2). Increasing blood flow can help clear the cobwebs from the mind as the invigoration of O2 can alleviate mental stresses.

Not sure what you said, but you just got poker advice from gabe. Nice.
Just an FYI, gabe is a "real" poker player, not some scrub like me and ong who scrapes out a hobby playing the micros.
