Default Set facing turn 2bet shove on str8 draw board

Sorry, could somebody convert my hand. I can't post with URL bbcode yet.

Villain is 22/8 over 84. I have him labelled as loose passive based upon observation.
Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (9 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php

    BB ($5)
    UTG ($1.75)
    Hero (UTG+1) ($8.35)
    MP1 ($2.08)
    MP2 ($4.88)
    MP3 ($11.40)
    CO ($9.28)
    Button ($4.85)
    SB ($4.05)

    Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 10, 10
    1 fold, Hero raises to $0.20, 2 folds, MP3 calls $0.20, CO calls $0.20, 2 folds, BB calls $0.15

    Flop: ($0.82) 10, 6, Q (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.35, MP3 calls $0.35, CO calls $0.35, 1 fold

    Turn: ($1.87) A (3 players)
Hero bets $1.87, 1 fold, CO raises to $8.73 (All-In),HERO?

Flop sizing was maybe a mistake. It seemed like a very dry board. Straight draw didn't immediately occur to me. So i am slightly slow playing.

Does villain ever shove here with two pair? Villain needs to have at least one set of two pair to call.

    Edit:

Sorry, i should probably have my pot odds calc. in here. The range i have him on is 66,QQ,AA,Kjo,KJs. This has to include two pair for it to be a call. I am also assuming he shoves with two pair before draws so i haven't mentioned them.
