Arrgh, A problem I must fix...

It's like my version of the Matsow blowup.
 Let me set the stage:

 I have 2400 chips.
Blinds are 100/200 with 25 ante.
 4 are left.
 BB has 2600 chips

I'm on the button with K
  T UTG folds
 Button(me) raises to 550.
 SB folds.
 BB(thinking tagg) calls.
 Flop: Q
  7 3 BB checks

Reasonable flop for me to have hit, and I bet when I have a hand, so I will need to make a continuation bet.

 The problem:

I had 2400 chips at the start of the hand, I currently have 1825 left, and a reasonable bet of 700 (The pot is currently at 1300)will leave me with 1125 chip in my stack... more than half my chips [1,275] will be in the pot.

 Whats the best move here?

Just make the continuation bet and hope he folds? (what I normally do)
Should I just put it all in? (I do that sometimes as well)
 Is checking an option?
Is better less than half the pot an option?

How should I be playing this?
