These are the kinds of spots that leave me clueless.. Should I have just pushed with UTG sitting there with 4bb or just fold?

    Easy push for me.
Blinds are so high that you if you fold and smalls stack doubles you are already behind.
Besides that, pushing AT from SB is always profitable with 11 BB I think and even more because his range is smaller because of the small stack.
I am just another learning player, so read my comments (very) open minded.

Easy shove preflop for me too. Without running the numbers I'd say that shoving here is unexploitable.

still shoving if short stack has 1bb?

If the short stack had 1 BB and was going to eat the BB the next hand, I'd fold ATo with a 11x BB stack when I'm shoving into the big stack.

    I would shove preflop
