extremely short stack on the bubble

i was thinking about this scenario after ending up in it two tourney in a row... late in the SNG on the bubble... you and the player after you are extremely short stacked (less than 2X BB) which also means the player acting before you have extremely large stack... wat should you do when you have the button?

a similar situation but this time you are the SB... blinds are 300... you have 650... 500 if you fold the SB... the player after you have 500... you have trash hand (24o)...

would it be more profitable to try to sneak into the money? or by pushing allin knowing ur gonna get called and hoping to double up?

Steal more pots leading up to and during the bubble to avoid being in this situation.

Is opponents stack 500 before or after posting the BB?

this situation occurred because of bad beat against the other taller stack... or some similar situation toward the end of the SNG
