Final Table Finishing Positions Frequency Analysis

Last night was another FT and another 4th place for me. I am spotting a bit of a trend and thought I would do some frequency analysis on this. My positional finishes when reaching a FT are as below:

I'ld be interested to see how this compares with ppl that have a lot more experience & data to look at than me. Basically I am trying to work out if my final table tactical play is right. Should I be converting more of these 4th/5th places to 1st/2nd, or is this kind of distribution what I should expect?

You can't really analyze it like a sng because the stack sizes are usually quite varied at the start of the FT. Also, it would take quite a large sample of FTs before you could draw anything meaningful out of your frequency of placing in certain spots.

My finishing positions, fwiw. It's not that meaningful because it depends alot on field size (win/ft ratio should be higher in large fields).

Wow! Pretty even spread until it gets to 1st place fwiw.

Why do you say win/ft ration should be higher in large fields? because we should have accumulated comparatively more chips in the larger fields?
