But this isn't the hand in question. A few hands later i get AQ again and again he is in the hand. I now have a notion that he's trying to play me since we are both big stacks. What do you do here? Should i give up on the turn?

I agree on the second hand.

I don't like the first hand. Either check the flop or fire 2 barrels.

How sexy is a river push?

I assume you mean an open push - he has to call with a lot of hands after he bets. It's a lot sexier than calling the bet.
