Hand 1: Ad Kc - I make it 100 pre-flop and also bet more on the flop and turn. There are flush and straight draws out there. I would make it 250-300 on the flop and probably push the turn. A flopped flush is possible, but unlikely. Players at a $1.20 call with all sorts of crap.

Hand 2: 2s Qh - I definitely bet the turn, and as played, I raise the river. You shouldn't be worried about the case Q here.

First one - I agree with Rage, make it 100 preflop. Flop and turn bets are fine, and just shove the river.

Second one - No need to overbet the flop - make it 50 to go. Definitely bet the turn and raise the river - if he has a better Q or a full house then I pay him.

Thanks guys i'll bear that in mind going forward both the bigger bets with AK early blinds, and less caution when holding the trips with low kicker.

Im off for a week but after that you'll probabally be seeing a lot more of my hands posted, I should have been getting the benefit of you experienced players advice for months now instead of just reading other peoples posts!

    Thanks
