Default please ignore my other all in question and answer this one

I was curious what would be the best thing to do if for example I was in the late stages of a multi tournament, and I had 4 or less times the big blind, for example I had 12000 chips and the blinds were 1500-3000, and I was in middle position, seat 4-6. And I had ATo, or AJo, and noone has limped before me, what would be the the best thing to do in this situation? Fold? Call? All in? Also, this question im asking is mainly due to my unexperience with the best times to go all in with in a tournament. I really need help on when and what hands to go all in with. If anyone knows anything I can read on the internet that will help me with this problem I would appreciate it.

Please ignore the first paragraph, I added the fact that im only askin what to do specifically in these three positions with these hands when noone has entered the pot yet.

With only 3-4x BB you are in or close to desperation mode....your gonna be hard pressed to find a hand to move in with in the next orbit that are bigger than AJ.

I would push, worst that could happen is you get knocked out in almost winning the thing, Your there to win right, might as well give it a shot.

Also, you might just pick up the blinds, which will double you up more if you pick up a good starting hand in the next orbit or so.

At least these are my opinions

Push - you have just enough chips left to force someone to pick up a hand - next orbit you're down to about 7K and getting called by almost anything.

You need to push in this situation. Your chips are down to push or fold level. In this situation, ask yourself, "if I raise 2x or 3x the big blind and someone came back over me, would I call the rest of my chips?" Even if you only raise 2x the big blind for 6000 chips, if someone put you in for the other 6000 you would have to take it. In these cases, just push from the start and you increase the chance of the blinds just folding to you.
    Thanks,

in your situation, I wouldn't even give much consideration to my cards. I'd be jumping for joy if I see AJ. honestly, I'd go all in with AJ+, KJ+, PP, any suited hand... providing no one limps/raises before you

your situation sucks, might as well make the best of it and hope to steal the blinds or get lucky. (exception can be made if you're on the brink of a higher payoff and there are 2x people with lower stacks than you [cumulative all tables in MTT] where x is the number of people that need to bust out for you to reach higher payoff... if you choose to camp here, you're basically killing any chances of advancing beyond the next payoff, but likely guarantee yourself the next payoff. and be consistant with your stratagy, if you choose to camp, camp it all the way through unless you get a monster. if you choose to attack however, you can switch to camping anytime providing the pre-requisites are met. but once you camp, don't stop.)

When you are short stacked - Any decent hand (PP, At, Aj, KQ suited or not) push
When you dont have decent cards you have to take into consideration your position relative to the other stacks - with bad hands I would like to push when the big stacks have folded and I put the short stacks on hard decisions.
