    Probably.

I'll check it in WIZ later tonight. It may not be because of big stack.

    A read would sure help.
My thoughts are that a call is out of the question, so you're either shoving or folding. I fold AK preflop to nearly no-one, but what's he got UTG? I'd say you're looking at a coin flip a huge % of the time. Would you be happy with a coin-flip that pretty much decides your tourney result? Cause if you win you're the dominating chip-leader. If you lose, you gave away a great opportunity to cash, hopefully more.
I'd hate it like crazy, but without a read on this guy (like say noticing that he thinks Ax is always playable, or that he will sometimes lay down his hand if shoved-over) I guess I'd fold it.

    4x raise...I fold

What kind of hand do you put him on with 4x? W/O reads I never think this is AA/KK but something that we're flipping with or something stupid we have crushed like ATs.

I think we are looking at prem pair here w/o any reads and the big stack. There are instances where i would call here even tho i shudn't as in $3 game UTG AQs, AJs is overplayed alot by weaker players.

but given the stack dynamics, I reluctantly save my chips for bubble here.

I shove although his raise of 4x is obviously going to committ him to the pot (is this what he wants?.. doubt it). My guess is that you're looking at mid pr. or weaker Ace and are flipping or have him crushed.
Would help to know of some reads here.

This is very read dependent. Has opp raised 4x BB before? Has he/she folded to a shove after raising previously? In game my default would be to just shove it but running it in Wiz it's pretty close and actually depends on opp folding at least some of his range to a shove.

No reads other than he hadn't been very active. I looked back at the HH and his opening raises were all 3x. I was also putting him on a mid-pair that he didn't especially want to play a flop with, thus the big raise. It pained me, but I decided that I had enough chips not to filp and to wait for spots where i was the initial aggressor. I ended up in 2nd but on the bubble with very few chips i wound up having to flip with much worse A8 and KQ so I think I should have shoved with the AK in that spot.
