Steal min-reraised by the BB - call or fold? ($6.50)

Sorry for a basic preflop question. BB started off very loose (50% VPIP) at the first few blind levels but at 50/100 tightened up significantly (to like 15%). Since blinds went 50/100 he has basically raised every hand he played. 2 out of the last 3 orbits I was folded to in the SB, raised and he folded.

Call and see a flop here or save the 300 chips for another time? There is 1125 in the pot when it gets back to me.

i thought it was easy call till i saw his stack. folding is clearly wrong i feel given the odds.
think maybe a stopngo would be good here.
i dont really want to push him in even tho you have been aggressive previous orbits but his range is still better than yours.
stopngo i feel is best.he will then fold hands better than yours as you have little FE pf.

im open to any arguements.
