Having an M of 16 or so, i dont now what made me do this, the only excuse i have is several times hes raise with Ax and try to trap with a big Ace.

First of all, you are going to be out of position this whole hand. If you are going to play this hand with A8 then you need to evaluate how strong he is. I would put a 10K raise on him and see what he does he reraises you can fold he calls you can put him on a stronger hand.

The flop you hit your ace but still dont know what he has, it looks like you guys are playing limit here. If you are checking so that you can check raise drop the hammer. If your going to check raise here I think it should be for stacks. If you check raise then call his reraise it is showing weakness.

The turn bet is terrible I think, he is showing a lot of strength all you have shown is weakness this hand.
