yeah my favourite old one is the one where Max (erm. one of the twins) talks about playing 5$ poker with his friends in highschool, talking about a decision for a few dollars and saying something to the effect of "I know it's just a few dollars, but we're highschool kids, this is a lot of money to us".

yeh pretty sure I've read that one.

I remember those days myself, playing NL 5 player SnG's at a friends house, 50c buy in and being so stoked to be able to buy lunch the following day with poker winnings. Then getting schooled the next week by a friends older brother who knows to not open limp and could 3bet light without looking like a scared kitten.

looking forward to being able to declare my highstakes win rate.. you know.. eventually.

Last night on a multitable sit n go. 90 people, 9 places paid I was 11th from 11 people left. Went allin with 10K chips with pocket jacks. A guy calls with A5 and of course the A appears on the flop.

I had 126 more chips than the guy and after he stole all my stack that was what i had left. So I pushed the few chips totally frustrated with 85 off and 4 guys called with crap, I won with a pair of 5. So I had 504 chips. I went allin again with pocket Ts... FIVE guys call with crap and the T came down the river and I won again. I though well thats weird and I folded one hand and shoved again with A9 and my 120 chips turned into 2520 and then on the BB I got pocket aces which of course mada me shove.
A guy calls with 54 off and I say to myself Im in again! Flop 4 7 5 turn nothing river nothing and you're out 10th when 9 places paid

all you guys just need to realize you have so many opportunities by not being in america post black friday that thousands of solid players would chomp at the bit to take advantage of at the moment.

what opportunities do they have that they didn't have before? or is the point just that they can play online still? just making sure im not missing something !
