Agreed, a 10k hand downswing is bound to happen fairly often. It could have been much worse, you came out nearly even.

Why not try some non-holdem games? PLO, Omaha8, Stud8 are all pretty soft. I don't have any experience with games like 5CD, Triple draw, etc, but I imagine they are soft as a fresh turd as well. Learning some new games might help break up the grind and perk your interest in poker again.
