How to make bodog HHs possible to read?

I am having problem copy-pasteing bodog's Hand Histories to the forums. They just suck! has any of you bodog players figured out how to make them easier to read?? I would some interesting hands to ask or to brag about

SinkRox View Profile View Forum Posts Private Message View Blog Entries Join Date Mar 2005 Posts 681 Location Brighton, UK	just try and re-format them urself a bit, I have to with my Prima type HHs. the worst thing about BoDogs are theyre all one chunk of text, add a load of paragraphing at least Maybe delete all the pointless timestamps too etc.
