I put him on Top Pair with medium to top kicker. I thought my bets are big enough to give him bad odds but in fact he didn't really care. As there were a third spade on the river i got a bit scared and so the bet on the river was very small.

Your comments would be very appreciated, thanks in advance!

    25/50's f'in hard!
You need to make an overbet of the pot on the turn (probably 2x the pot). With all those drawing possiblities now with str8s and flushes you need him to leave the hand or pay lol. They'll still call since they think their hands better than it actually is. He's got a number of outs against you on the turn, so you need to chase him out of the hand or make him pay. It's hard to know he caught the backdoor flush draw, but I never like to take chances..

When the scare card comes on the river, dont bet into him. If he has a weaker ace he'll fold it thinking you have him beat one way or another, and if he has a flush he'll reraise you all in, so its bad news for you either way. Just check and pay him off (hopefully he wont push, if he does consider folding)

I think you played it fine. He made poor calls on flop, and turn when facing your near pot sized bet.

Like mentioned above, overbet the pot on the turn then you know for sure you got sucked out on and when he drags the pot you can tell yourself that you got unlucky.

I don't mind the bet on the river. I may have bet smaller like $5-8 but $10 was fine so long as it was not committing you to the pot. The bet on the end was a defensive measure. The big error occurred when you called his AI after he told you he sucked out. When he re-raised AI on river it smelled like trouble.

    himself fucker.
I raise to 2 preflop. 3bb lets too many people in without even thinking twice and you dont feel obligated to fight over the pot when you miss.

Flop bet is good, turn bet good, river bet good, river call good. I might consider folding if op doesnt showdown weak.

Nothing you can do about it.

I don't like the river bet. Anyone who has called you this far, probably
has a hand. From the limp/call PFR I would be thinking set of ducks. I would check the river and see what his price is. No reason to commit with 2 pr.

Otherwise you played it fine. The turn was very good for him, giving him 13 outs on the river. He bet on the implied odds figuring you were attached to your hand with that bet. A check on the river would have spoiled his fun.

The river bet is a blocking bet. If he checks, he'll probably be forced to check-call some bet from an op who has him beat. When he got raised on the river, now he should be considering folding it but it comes down to a read. Pot's so big, he's obligated to call against any op who's not known to showdown superstrong.

Well, the op called very often (too often against odds) but reraises were very rare so i probably should have known i'm beaten.

after tinkink a while on this hand i considered, that probably a check on the river could have been cheaper to me. if i check he might consider making a small (callable) bet. And if he pushes afer my check i should really know, i'm beaten. But showing weakness on the river could also lead him to a push to get me out of the hand without a showdown.

As you can see, i'm a bit confused about this hand

flop bet g00t, turn bet coulda been bigger, not much you can do about it, his large reraise on the river says he caught something, the most obvious being a flush draw .

a bad player will chase a backdoor like that.
