Sure, I use the PT stats more to to confirm my reads of players early on. When it gets shorthanded/bubble time I mostly just go with my reads and ignore the numbers. Gets a bit screwed up when you play somebody more than once and they switch gears during the tourney but at the $5.50s that doesn't happen too often.

You can always have PAHUD filter the stats based on how many players are left. So if somebody changes gears at the bubble then have PAHUD show their bubble stats, etc. Im not exactly how it works for PAHUD/PT as I use pokeroffice, but I know it can be done, so it can account for "changing gears" in play
