Hand 2: I'd probably re-pop it pre-flop to see what he thinks of his hand and build a pot to stack him with (if I think I can stack him off with our TPTK.)
Hand 3: 4% is a tight raising range. I call the flop and go from there. Fold to a strong turn bet.

Hand 1: Seems standard. His call his one of a few things and each thing has you beat by river. No sense in playing in a big pot OOP with a weak postflop hand.

Hand 2: Although a calling station, I lead on the flop. Let him make the next move if he calls flop bet. Calling river is fine imo.

Hand 3: If he's got a tight raising range like 4%, you can't be playing for much less than a set. The flop raise is a good "do you have a missed big ace?" kind of question... But his call signifies otherwise - no need for anymore $ in this pot because a weaker hand is not calling your raise.

first hand: just fold preflop. This hand won't make anything but a shitty draw or a weak pair the vast majority of the time. Post-flop, meh, I'd probably just check/fold. As played, on the river, you can't really beat anything. The draw got there. If he wasn't on the draw, he had you beat on the flop anyways. Even the OESD over-paired you...

second hand: Even against this guy I think 3-betting preflop is best, given that he opened on the CO and it's your button. I'd probably fire a bet when checked to on the flop, but that aside, I think the turn and river are played well. A river raise is pretty bad here, IMO.

third hand: This is just spew. First, I'm sure he's betting *some* of the time with a whiffed AK, but he didn't in the hand before that you posted. Second, I think this is a pretty poor time to raise. Sure, it makes your decisions easier for the rest of the hand, but it doesn't make much sense given the range that he has. If he often check/folds unfavorable flops as in hand 2, you should fold this to his c-bet. Even if he c-bets a lot, TT plays really bad here against a guy this tight.

alright, given that you raised and he called, we know what he has. It's a hand that beats you but you have 2 outs against. Given that, what's up with the turn bet? Nobody is ever folding an overpair to this bet, trust me. If you want to get him off his overpair, you need to back that up with your stack, but in my experience, that only ends in frustration REGARDLESS of how far behind your range his overpair is.

Hand 2. I like your play here, but I am also a very passive AQ/AK player.
Hand 3. Raising the flop might be a good idea but you're basically opening the door for playing for stacks. TT as an overpair is not a good idea to do this with.

Hand 1: Nothin particularly wrong with this - weak hand, attempt at a pot steal in a pot that's unlikely to have hit anyone - didn't go, give it up - fine. I'd fold preflop of course but I understand that sometimes you might wanna show down a wacky hand like this for cheap.

Hand 2: Looks good. Could go for more of a steal approach but it was fairly obvious that you had the same hand by the turn/river action.

Hand 3: Makin a move - if they guy can lay down an overpair on the flop - nice -- evidently he can't, which is fantastic information for when you flop a set on him. The turn bet is (as stated) the only woops I see here against this calling station.
