    Default 550 vs bassduck

Bassduck is a very weird hu sng reg. He is actually pretty dece but just has some odd habits. Relevant to the hand is the fact that is he is a very spastic two barreler, bluffing a shit ton, and sometimes 3 barrels as a bluff. He also is very stationy against flop check raises. Can be spewy at times.

First off, do you think call down is better given his style. Second, do you like my bet if im planning to bet call. My gut is that he would bet the turn with a straight here but maybe my senses are off.

I like the cheap bet if you're planning to call because he'll try a shove steal with worse than he would against a larger bet, not sure how I feel about the intention of calling his shove though. I feel like if you have him outpaired you can get paid off better with a 140-180ish bet. And his reaction to that bet size would basically tell you exactly what he had.

If you want the shove, I think the bet size is perfect.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Probably not, he fourbet bluffs occasionally. But he seems to be very stationy calling flop c/r's but not so much light 3betting them.

Well, when I bet the river I feel like he never has a hand that has value and raising. So I figure some of the time, since im making such a gay weak bet, he'd be bluffing. And I prefer betting small better than checking because some of the the time he simply has one pair that will call the gay bet.

I just don't think he is going to rep that he checked the turn with a straight, as a bluff, when he is down in chips.

Hmmm interesting, my general game flow read is when someone is losing they are more likely to bluff. I've seen exceptions, and I certainly could be wrong.

It's also my experience that HU SNG players do absurd, illogical, and incomprehensible bluffs and ways of playing hands for value. But thats just preaching to the validity of my play .
