why would you even expect to get raised on the river at all?

Well, when I bet the river I feel like he never has a hand that has value and raising. So I figure some of the time, since im making such a gay weak bet, he'd be bluffing. And I prefer betting small better than checking because some of the the time he simply has one pair that will call the gay bet.

I just don't think he is going to rep that he checked the turn with a straight, as a bluff, when he is down in chips.

Hmmm interesting, my general game flow read is when someone is losing they are more likely to bluff. I've seen exceptions, and I certainly could be wrong.

It's also my experience that HU SNG players do absurd, illogical, and incomprehensible bluffs and ways of playing hands for value. But thats just preaching to the validity of my play .
