    What would you do:
    1) if flat-called here?
    2) if raised here by the amount of your bet (another $15)?
    3) if raised all-in?

    1. Flat call. Slow down on turn and river and pray for the Ad to hit to give you the nuts. I would not be comfortable hammering the pot after the flat call.

    2. Raise or AI. Fold. You just got slow-rolled by the made flush, or a huge semibluff by the guy holding the A.

I like the stab at the pot on the flop after 2 checks and you had a solid hand. If someone puts up resistance the board is just too dangerous to get all the money in there. Sure maybe you have a wild oppoent that is capable of bluffing you off that hand but there are not many of them out there.

Sure you have the Kd but that will get you in the most trouble if another diamond hits b/c you just made a lovely second best hand.

BTW as an aside...I got the nut flush busted 3 out of 3 times yesterdy by people rivering full houses but I'm not bitter.

in my anwers I am assuming that your PFR folded any low connectors that would make a straight. Also I doubt you are up against AA, by the flat calls on your raise. I am also assuming that these guys in the hand with you are experienced players who knowwhat they are doing.

    1) This depends on what the next card is. I would think a flat call would mean someone has 4 to a flush, and quite possibly Ad.

2)Someone has made set and trying to make the flush chasers fold. I wouldnt have 1/2 your stack in the pot hoping for a king or diamond. I would fold

    3) Someone hit the flush, and its probably Ace high. I would fold it

    1) Hopefully check behind on the turn and see the river cheep, or possibly call a small bet if another diamond has not come.

    2) Tough one, would depend on the player. If it was someone I know is a pot buyer, I might be inclined to raise or even all in since I would be pot committed, but otherwise I would tend to fold here.

    3) I would fold.

    I'd cry.

I'd call an all in too, but I'd cry while doing it.

    Actual result: everyone folded.

Personal opinion: funny enough, this is really similar to another hand I posted on here recently where I went all in (it wasn't checked to me on the flop - that time there was a bet ahead of me). It turned out the bettor ahead of me had trips, but I hit the flush and won that hand. My thoughts on the hypothetical scenarios:

    - A flat call - probably has the ace of diamonds and I don't want to see another diamond. Could possibly be a lower set or pocket pair, but that's a weird way to play it if so. If I don't see another diamond I'm happy and think I have the best hand. If I do see another diamond, I'm very nervous.

    - A raise (i.e. a check-raise) - hard to tell; could be a set that is sort of repping the flush, or just ignoring the flush, and trying to get me out of the hand. Could even be an improbable flush like Ad Qd. I am not sure but I might have to fold to a hefty raise here.

    - An all-in raise specifically tells me they probably don't have the flush, but do have a set - or maybe they're really overplaying the ace of diamonds. Hard to say.

    Default ..

ill bet another pot if the turn dosnt change anything, after a call from one opponent.

ill fold to both a reraise and a all in.
