I can see the argument for the flop bet
It represents the ace and still keeps your draw relatively inexpensive. However your turn bet is a little strange. .16 into that pot is weak. I think you have 2 choices here. You either need to check and call depending on the size of the bet, or you need to come out very strong with a pot sized bet. A pot sized bet on the turn would have made the crap kicker run, and the straight draw run as well. Even if one of them stays, you still have a chance to make your hand on the river.
