Yeah you need to value bet this board and price him in. He probably has AQ here or an overpair, and if he has AQ he's drawing dead, and drawing slim to hit his overpair. The board is somewhat coordinated, but it was a raised pot, so it's unlikely he has a hand like T9 or something. I don't see how you're beat here, and I don't see any cards that could lose you this hand. I might have checked the turn actually after I raised the flop to get some more money out of an AQ.
