I don't think i would bet here. You have been raising with a pretty wide range of hands, are u trying to rep an ace, yet u didn't raise preflop. If you had hit the flop, it makes more sense for u to have bet the flop. This just seems too much like a steal bet to me, that your opponent may call if he has a low pair with a draw.
