How do you beat the opposite of a maniac?

I've recently been noticing a certain type of play style at my regular tables.
There's a certain type of player that I cannot beat for the life of me.
This player always buys in for the minimum.
This player never raises preflop, and will never raise you.
They will also bet the minimum on the absolute nuts, or close to it.
It's very misleading, this person will limp with Aces, or AK suited... whatever.

Let's say you limped with K9suited, and the flop comes K9A.
Well, you've got two pair, nice hand... and the person betting is betting the very minimum, so of course you raise about pot size, they call. Once again, on the turn they bet the minimum. WTF is this person doing? What are they chasing? F*ck this, I'm all in, they take about 20 seconds to think about it, and call.
What do they have? AK. WTF?!?!?!!?!!!!

How do you beat this type of player? They are the absolute worst I have ever seen, but always seem to take my money (or... i should say, let me throw it at them, since they never raise, and just call).

I'll try that.
It'll be hard since I'm fairly loose, and somewhat of a bluffer.
I have trouble adjusting my play against certain players.
I seem to have a "style" that I stick with, and it's hard to get out of.
I'm probably predictable, but isn't the theory that... if someone is playing tight, you should play loose, and if loose, then tight?

If they're calling your raises all the time, you'll come out ahead by raising your good hands. If they only bet/call with really strong hands, then stop raising when they bet unless you can beat really strong hands.
