It looks like you stack off pretty light 200bb deep. Do you use pot control very often? Call down? Raising will often reduce the range you are playing against, to the point that you lose value and increase variance.

I guess what I'm trying to say is it's not always a race to get your stack in, it can be done more progressively when the value is there, and sometimes you want to be playing a pot you can get away from.

I extremely doubt that this guy is stcking off with overcards . Overpairs yes but then you are still in trouble and looking at 6 outs.
