QQ with preflop action ($27)

My HUD had MP3 pegged at 27/9 over about 110 hands, but no reads on the 3-better. Fold, call (and if you call what's your intention under the various possible outcomes) or shove?

I can't imagine MP3 flat-calling with anything that has you beat so I guess it comes down to what this guy's 3-bet range is. You have 46.5% equity against JJ+, AKo+ which I think is a fair bit short of what you need even with a few dead chips in there. CO is a little short though so maybe he feels the need to make it back quickly. If he is 3-betting 99+, AQo+ you have close to 58% equity which I think should be enough. OOP I much prefer a shove just to keep it simple. I guess if you flat-call and a low flop comes up, he might stack off with 99 or TT which he otherwise might have folded. But with 1/3 of his stack committed I really can't see him folding these hands to a shove preflop anyway. And I think it would be really bad for us to flat-call 1/3 of his stack and then fold to an AKx flop or something like that. I guess you can flat-call for value if you think his 3-bet range is super-wide.

I vote for 3-better, and in this case MP3 and us are the 3-bettees.

I think I'm changing my mind from the other thread and deciding readless you should only 3 bet some big SCs or just nothing, esp 4x or 5x opens.

We have no idea what his 3bet range is, I am probably calling and shoving any flop that does not have A or K, but I am not sure this is the best line
