You are all correct gentlemen!

This morning I woke up and headed right out for a vigorous walk with one of the dogs. Walked 2 miles at a reasonable pace while listening to Barry Greenstein's "Ace on the river" on the ipod. My plan is to do this for a week then start following the couch to 5k program. I'm also going to mix in some basics such as push ups sit ups etc. I weighed in at 218.5 so I can afford to loose about 25 pounds. After the walk I ate a reasonable breakfast and headed out to work. Didn't play any poker because I knew I had things that needed done at the office first and I knew this would be +ev.
Caught up here at the office now so I'm going to do some reading and studying poker.

I am determined to improve myself and the rest will follow!
