Against three opps on the turn I wouldn't bet it, if somebody is in the hand with a weak ace they may not bet the flop but will almost certainly call your turn bet. If it checks around again on the turn I would bet the river however. Using your line, there are a lot of river bets that you're priced in to call because the pot is bigger.

I think you did ok. He seems pretty maniac. Did you had any tracked hands of him?

Mm.... I would certainly make an infformation bet on the flop, to see if an A is out there. Especially with a flush draw on the table

What is an "information bet"? If you bet the flop and get called, what does that tell you? Are you ahead or behind? Does the caller have an A or a flush draw?

c/f turn and c/f river unless they bet insanely small

what kmind said. I understand betting turn to protect + price out draws but with 3 other hands out it is just too likely we are already behind. river is pretty much always a fold. bb can easily have Ax here, some 7x, Jacks if he valuebets those all split. only air is KsX or QsX.

also does everyone call this pre out of the sb?

You are definitely already behind on this hand. Check fold is the only sane option here IMO.

Good point, I probably wouldn't bother with this with blinds at 25/50. Suited is a different story though.

i norm fold tbh, just trying to be less nitty. plus extra players in pot too.

is the equity diff between j10off and j10 suited quite significant then?

sortof. Especially when you are trying to make nuttish hand in a big multiway pot.

On river, I would lead with a weakish blocking bet around 150. This would be a B/F. Keep in mind that any hand he is willing to call the river with either ties or (more likely) beats you. Donk out the blocking bet on the river and fold if reraised.
