One thing i am a little concerned about is while you are posting asking if you should 4bet you give us no info about the villains 4bet fold % or 3bet%.
These will be the fundamental tools you will need to use to make the correct decision as well as determining that opponents 3bet HR on the flop thru your hand history.

Does he typically 3bet flops w/ sets+ or 2 pair + or Even High PP like AA/KK ?

If you are uncertain with a hand like QQ on a paired board with flush draws you are a marginal +Ev to win however you have to consider ATSC w/ diamonds, ANy PP KK/AA combinatiosn, ANy 44, Any X5 possible hands like K5s, Q5s, J5s, 56s, 75s,45s for example. these are not all the combinations but it will give you a general idea of the hands that can beat you on this type of flop

I hope this helps you in making a better decision next time versus your opponent.

i would suggest using the active players window as well to see the fold to 4bet stats on the flop by his position if you are using holdem manager. i am sorry but i don't know where to find them under PT3 i never used that program.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

a little town called none of your goddamn business
3betting for value to fold on a board with 2 to a flush on it is silly.

But yeah, probably a fold. Just call the flop raise.
