I think the best play there is to bet 1/3 of the pot on the turn. Betting 45 buck leaves you pot commited and then you should call to that reraise. If you bet 1/3 and the guy is just bluffin youre not going to get a minraise... hes gonna try kicking you out of the hand with a big bet and then you have your tell.

Your logic is flawed though. If you bet smaller, he's more likely to be induced into bluff raising you, than if you bet bigger, where he's less likely to bluff you.
