Edit: giving button a somewhat tight calling range also makes this a fold.

Too tired right now to think about bu calling range in detail, but it's possible that Rav made a really good fold.
Does p4's really have QQ in his range? I think QQ/TT could be played differently here, such as 4betting pre or calling the flop although the latter is doubtful. I'd also include AdKd and 8d9d into p4's range, at least some weighting there.
