Maybe when wolves were a bunch of newbs would the village have some decent equity in a two team game, but when the wolves have a semblance of any idea of what to do, the village is fucked. Just brainstorming, I've come up with several dynamic strategies that I'm confident wolves could do to ensure a win. But without doing anything unique, the ability to hedge because of no competing baddy team is off the charts, and essentially the wolves don't give any decent tells because they're hedging.

You could have an RNG playing the wolves and I think they would win the vast majority of the time. Wolves simply spreading the suspicion makes any non-seer induced lynch or vig a shot in the dark

    GJ though guys.
If you look back at most WW games with 2 teams, the vast majority of the games is won by the villagers. It was much harder for a wolf team to win then a villager team to win, so dont draw conclusions based on one game.

Well, then those wolf teams should be made stronger. I think that the current rendition of one wolf team is too strong. Simple randomness beats the village more than not, I bet. Unless it's normal for the seer to stick around for a while and get off several good names still living

JV did get close, but pretty much everybody else was way off. I think when against a good wolf team, putting the pieces together doesn't cut it because the wolves realize that making things not make sense is right.

Either way, I saw the village losing this game from the very beginning because I started realizing that without several seer lookups, the wolves could just be randomly generating strategies and the village wouldn't be doing any better

Maybe in the two games I've played the seer died abnormally fast. It really does seem to be more of a seer vs wolves thing than a village vs wolves thing. Maybe what I'm getting wrong is that the seer doesn't usually die so early and when he doesn't the village usually wins. I still hope there's a better way to form a village than that though

I would very much like to hear JV's thoughts on how he caught four of the wolves.

Actually the last two games (which were the only ones you play as far as I remember) had a few things in common that are rather unique
    1. Seer died early and did not provide any info to the village
    2. Trigger happy vig with a disfunctional wolf radar
    3. The wolves did not make obvious mistakes (apprently there were some since JV figured it out in the previous game and led the village to victory)

In addition usually once a wolf or two is found then the game begins to clear and its much harder for the wolves to conceal their identity. In this game I think we as wolves did a good job in the sense that Supa getting lynched did not help the village identify other wolves easily

That's probably all true. A better explanation may just be the wolves played well and the village sucked. I mean we almost got Roid lynched early, but for some reason not enough villagers wanted to pull the trigger, then it ended up being old news after a while

I blame the inactives. I don't know how to fix the problem, but it's fucking retarded to have half the village post barely enough to survive for the first several days, then it drives the village towards not wanting to lynch more active posters just on default
