Default Mid set vs weird line on monotone board

    9-handed 10/25 HK(sb/bb) Hardrock casino in macau (1US=7HK dollars). Min buy-in is 500 and max buy-in is 5k. Effective stack is 3.4k.
loose passive Villian here was overcautious post and missed lots of value by checking down his very strong hands a few times. Hero opened $150 from MP with ,3 callers behind and villian in sb called. My image is solid and rarely bluffs in these games.
flop ($750): villian in sb led out $200, i raised to $600, everyone folded, villian flatted my raise.
turn($1950): villian led out again $400, i thought a while before calling.

river($2750): villian INSTA pushed all his chips in the center , hero tanked time down and mucked.
Did i play this well? I need your comments on technical part of my play in all three streets, please.

I'm not a FR player, but I'd imagine someone donking into 3 ppl on this board prob has a flush or at worse a straight. Two pair on the flop and turn is also possible, but wouldn't play this way on the river.

I don't fully hate the flop raise, but I think calling down is reasonable. River fold seems good.

Heads Up, i dont mind flatting his donk bet. In 5 way pot, i prefer to make a small value raise and charge other players on the draw. If i just flat, everyone else involved in the pot would get such a cheap price on all kinds of crappy draws and be more than happy to see next turn card , When he led out again on the turn, i decided not to play my whole stack and proceed with cautions cuz he seemed to have stronger hands than my set in his range. His dummy river shove just announces "hey, guys, i have NUTs!".
