1. UTG range looks like QQ/AA/77/TT/xxhh and SB still has to act. I'd think a fold is reasonable given UTG is a nit. on the other hand his c/shove looks very drawy. too bad you are drawing nearly dead to his value range

2. I guess I'd fold without any reads but I wouldn't like it at all. have u seen him 3bet the flop before?
