He's 3-betting 88/99/A10 + preflop and isn't calling k9o (he's super TAG) so we don't have to worry about those hands and I don't think he's raising KQ here, so I think I'm more like 40% against his getting it in range and throw in the times he folds and I think it's close/fine.

Yeah some hands need to be discounted in that range, but vs a get it in range I don't think you can be 40% that seems high...

This guy will fold K9s to raise SB v BB?

And if his raise is airball a lot there's def merit in just calling and getting it in on good turns, then you'd be like 60%+ vs his range if he continues airballs.
