at first I thought that we need to know which scale we are talking about, F or C, but the more I think about it I'm not sure that helps. Because 2xC != 2xF where F is the Fahrenheit conversion of C.
Example: 30°C = 86°F, but 60°C != 172°F
So after cheating and googling.. what we have to do is convert to the Kelvin scale, then divide by two to reach the number half way between absolute zero and 0°C. Then this number can be converted back to C or F. But this is only the answer, and is only subjectively so due to the ambiguity of the question, if we assume the question was suggesting either 0°F or 0°C(or any other scale that is not Kelvin, but is convertible to it). Otherwise the answer is "no colder" as it would be impossible to be colder than 0°K.
