    Pretty much agree with this. If you think about his range for flatting your 3bet OOP and then look at the amount of hands that you can actually get value from on this flop it is a pretty thin range. These Qxx dry boards are perfect to delay cbet because hands like 99-JJ are going to be more willing to pay off a turn cbet, KQ AQ will be more willing to pay off two streets. And you take away the effectiveness of him being able to c/r any air (if he has any) on the flop.

    If he leads the turn it depends on bet size and such but I'd probably flat and then flat river bets of half pot or under unimproved.
