    Even if he is opening wide, it doesn't mean that he's doing it from UTG. KQo is getting crushed by the UTG's range. Like miffed wrote, you need a super tight range or setmining odds to call this pre. Do a google search for the gap concept.
    With the stack sizes in play, I'd call it pre with 22 - QQ, AKs and 3bet KK, AA.
    by opening wide, i mean i would estimate his pfr at that point was around 30-35% at least. for a utg 2xbb bet, i put him on something like a6+, kt+, qt+, j9+, 22+, which might be a little too wide, but thats the general impression i got from him.

    Depends on what sample size. If it's over 100+ then I'd agree, less than that then not so much.

    I kinda like 3betting pre...depending on what his RFI utg is.
