Not sure I get it, do you have to be actively listening to the music for 2hrs / day, or is it alright to just be listening to it passively i.e. while working or studying or driving etc?

If you googled for tomatis, and actually listened to the sample of music you should be listening to, you would realize that you probably can't listen to that passively, frequency changes are very sudden, and slightly disturbing.
