Default KK 3 bet pre facing raise on flop

Dude was 19-8 over 200 hands
    Merge Network $0.02/$0.04 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players -

    UTG+2: $3.40
    MP1: $3.51
    MP2: $4.94
    CO: $4.04
    BTN: $3.53
    SB: $4.00
    Hero (BB): $4.01
    UTG: $0.98
    UTG+1: $4.86

Pre Flop: ($0.06) Hero is BB with K K
5 folds, CO raises to $0.14, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, CO calls $0.26

    Flop: ($0.82) Q 5 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.41, CO raises to $1.50, Hero raises to $3.61 all in,??? CO calls $2.11

    Turn: ($8.04) 2 (2 players - 1 is all in)

    River: ($8.04) 8 (2 players - 1 is all in)

I am thinking this shoulda been an easy fold dude 3bet the shit out of me so I was thinking set or big flush draw... either way I was behind and with his stats this was retarded right?? Also is the shove better than just the call? or are both equally shit?

id bet bigger on flop, plenty he'll continue with and id jam over the raise. if he has QQ/AA good for him.
id prolly make the 3 bet a little bigger too a 44/48
