Does anyone have any particular opinion on how this was played vs. the same 28/25 villain 3bing 25% by the time this hand was played, and with an 85% cbet flop stat?

I guess you're right, and this is not a board where I'd play any of those hands fast and as you say it's repping a very narrow range. I'll think about it.
